WINNING ENGLISH ACADEMY is seeking full-time Taiwanese, Korean, and Japanese professionals for our Country Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to English education while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, international exchange, and school operations. The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting our students, managing marketing efforts, and contributing to the overall growth of our academy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in English (intermediate level or higher)
- Strong interest in education and international cultural exchange
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- Availability for a minimum of one year
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing – Managing relationships with agents, updating blogs, and handling social media platforms
- Student Support – Assisting with enrollment, learning consultations, and organizing student activities
- School Administration – Scheduling, coordinating airport pick-ups, and supporting general school operations
- Other administrative and operational tasks as required
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or student support
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment
- Strong motivation and commitment to professional and company growth
Location
Cebu, Philippines (Cebu City or Mactan Island)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary – Based on experience and qualifications (negotiable)
- Accommodation – School dormitory accommodation or housing support available
- Meals – Provided (3 meals on weekdays, 1 meal on Sundays)
- Local Support – Visa extension fees and other related expenses covered
